  • Nextcloud — PHP application on dedicated VM. PostgreSQL backend. Redis for caching and file locking. Nginx or Apache as frontend. CalDAV/CardDAV for calendar/contacts sync to native clients.
  • Document editing — OnlyOffice Document Server as collaborative editor. Integrates via Nextcloud Office app. Co-editing works in-browser, compatible with .docx/.xlsx/.pptx.
  • Object storage — MinIO for S3-compatible object storage. Erasure coding for durability. Suitable for application storage backends and large archive workloads.
  • Managed apps — deployed via Docker Compose or Kubernetes on dedicated VM. Updates managed via automated pipelines with pre-update snapshots. Reverse proxy via Caddy or Nginx.
