We fly your infrastructure. You fly your business.
Your infrastructure should be under your control, in your jurisdiction, managed by people who are accountable to you — not a hyperscaler's support queue.
What PILOT is
PILOT is a boutique managed infrastructure provider operating from Zagreb and Vienna. We run sovereign EU infrastructure for organizations that cannot afford to compromise on control, privacy, or jurisdiction.
We are not a cloud platform. We are not a hosting company. We are the team that builds, runs, and maintains your infrastructure — so you don't have to.
Why this matters now
70% of European cloud infrastructure is controlled by US companies subject to the CLOUD Act. AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud can all be compelled to produce your data by US government request — regardless of where the datacenter is located, regardless of what your contract says.
GDPR compliance is not the same as sovereignty. Your data can be GDPR-compliant and still accessible to non-EU authorities.
EU sovereign cloud spending is growing 83% year-over-year. The organizations moving first are the ones that understand the difference between data residency and data control.
What makes PILOT different
Boutique, not commodity. We work with a limited number of clients. Every deployment is assessed, designed, and maintained individually. You know who is responsible for your infrastructure, and so do we.
Sovereign, not just compliant. Our infrastructure runs on our own racks in Zagreb and Vienna — EU-owned, EU-operated, EU-jurisdiction. Not a US hyperscaler with a European datacenter.
Managed, not provisioned. We don't give you a VM and a dashboard. We deploy, configure, secure, monitor, and maintain. When something needs attention, TOWER catches it and we handle it.
Open source, not locked in. Every service we run is open source — Proxmox, iRedMail, Nextcloud, Keycloak, Gitea, Ollama. You own your data and your configuration. There is no PILOT-specific lock-in.
